I’m Roseanne, founder of She Rose Coaching.

I’ve had many changes and transitions in recent years – some I anticipated and some I felt blindsided by leaving me disoriented and unsure of myself. What I needed in this season was so different that anything I’d needed up to this point in my life. What I eventually found was that this uncertain space could be an invitation: an opportunity to pause, connect and listen to my own voice and explore new possibilities without any noise or chatter from the outside world.
